I needed a break from painting and concrete dust yesterday so I went to Ilva. We're trying to figure out what to buy for our insurance money; a new sofa etc. They have so cool lights there and it's not just the black, white or stainless look you see so often. I bought the first paper light to put on the loft where we have a lot of floor space and a low ceiling and then I bought a small kids retro desk light that looks like the light on the first picture only it's very bright turquoise. It was just adorable. I couldn't find it on the website. I will have to show pictures when we've moved in.

I don't have much Christmas decorations at home but I'm a big fan of Christmas lights. I can't have too many sets.
Today we're coming back again from our holiday so next week I'll be back in person.

I'd love to have a tear drop chandelier like this one from Urban Outfitters. While I was trying to figure out a way to bring it here from the US it ran out of stock. I know there are similar vintage chandeliers though because my neighbours have one.
